This is a morally complex piece of theater, and luckily the cast is up to the challenge of bringing these people to life without judgment or any trace of hesitation. The language, the situations, the truths, are all difficult matters that have to be handled directly and confidently.

After announcing this year’s list of Carbonell Award nominations last Friday, the organization quickly realized that clarifications and additions were necessary. To facilitate the transition, DTC’s board of directors has appointed current Managing Director Matt Silva, who has been with DTC for the past four seasons, to the Executive Director role, effective August 16, 2022.

Palm Beach Dramaworks has announced that single tickets for its long-awaited 2021-2022 go on sale November 1. The start of the season was pushed back from mid-October to December 3 out of an abundance of caution and a commitment to the health and safety of our patrons, artists, and staff. PBD is introducing a number of safety protocols that will be strictly enforced.
